Terms of Service

01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nitro Hive (the “Service”). By signing in with Discord or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nitro Hive is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

02Eligibility

To use Nitro Hive you must:

• be at least 13 years old, and old enough to hold a Discord account in your country;
• have a valid Discord account in good standing;
• comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines; and
• provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

You may hold only one Nitro Hive account. Running multiple accounts to gain extra credits, bonuses, or referrals is not permitted.

03The service

Nitro Hive monitors Discord for freshly generated Nitro gift codes and attempts to claim them automatically. Successful claims are delivered to your personal Nitro Balance, which you can redeem, gift to another member, or leave to accumulate.

Claims are attempted on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any individual claim will succeed, that a code of a particular type will become available, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Success rates shown on the site are historical averages, not promises.

04Your account and Discord token

Some features require you to store a Discord account token so the Service can claim codes on your behalf. Providing a token is entirely optional, and you can remove it at any time from Settings.

• Your token is encrypted before it is stored, and it is never shown back to you or to anyone else.
• You are responsible for the token you provide and for any activity carried out with it.
• Discord invalidates tokens when you change your password or log out everywhere. If that happens, claiming pauses until you add a new one.

Never share your token with anyone other than through the Settings page on this site, and never paste it into any other website.

05Credits and payments

Credits are the in-service currency used to place claims. Pricing and conversion rates are shown in the app; at the time of writing, 3 credits is equivalent to one month of Nitro. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and exist only within Nitro Hive.

Payments are processed by third-party providers: card payments through Stripe, and cryptocurrency through Paymento. We do not receive or store your full card number. Applicable taxes and network fees may be added at checkout. Credits are added to your account once a payment is confirmed.

06Refunds

Credits are a digital good delivered instantly, so purchased credits are generally non-refundable once they have been added to your account, except where required by law.

• Failed claims: if a claim attempt fails, the credits spent on that attempt are returned to your balance automatically.
• Unclaimed gift links: a gift link that is revoked or expires returns its credits to the sender.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, refund the charge.

Cryptocurrency payments are non-custodial and settle directly on the blockchain; once confirmed they cannot be reversed by us, though the protections above still apply to your credit balance.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• abuse, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit credits or claims outside the features we provide;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe the rights of others;
• exploit bugs, pricing errors, or bonus mechanics in bad faith; or
• create multiple accounts, or use bots or scripts against the Service.

08Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular result will be achieved.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nitro Hive and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if required to protect the Service or other members. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, unused credits may be forfeited where permitted by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
